That’s how our wild blackberry vine’s berries ripen, but I suspect they go from blackened to highlights in skunk fur, lol.

Very clever, MC! We had a cherry tree in the side yard of our third house during my growing-up years. The birds ate the fruit just before it was ready for human consumption!
